Impossible to Track Down Parcel

It is impossible to get ahold of anyone that is able to track down a parcel, especially at the Cape Town branch. Someone at their Head Office in Pietermaritzburg told me my package left Cape Town 6 days ago but they "don't know where it is now" but I should call the Cape Town branch to find out. Useless.
