if you want bad service to do your courier

i work for a big company.<br> i am a switchboard opperator,but never in my life have i experience such a bad manager and staff.<br> i called in for a quotation.first i held on for 15 min no service,then i get cut off.after i phoned back i held another 10 min.after i spoke to the manager,my call keeps getting put through with no answer.then i get directed to the switch board.she doesnt ask if she can take a message nothing just puts me through.i will never call them ever again.half an hour of my life passed for rude staff and definitly the manager i ever spoke to.
