How do you run your business?

On 13 Feb I booked a collection in Cape Town to be delivered to Bethlehem. It arrived in Jhb on the 15th and then for some or other reason was sent to GEORGE and arrived there on the 18th. On 19 Feb I spoke to Jhb branch and was told that it had to go back to Jhb from George on the 19th so it could be dispatched to Bhm on 20 Feb so I could have it by 21 Feb. When I phoned George now to confirm that the consignment did leave on the night 19 Feb, I was told that it is still there and that they would try and send it on the night of 20 Feb. So after 7 DAYS of booking a delivery, it is now in GEORGE. I am running a business and cannot follow up daily to make sure that YOU are doing your jobs. This installation had to take place today on 20 Feb, and the parcel is still in GEORGE. Unbelievable
