Horrible service for Takealot delivery.

So they call me and say their coming to deliver. I go home and wait. Call 30 mins later I call them. I wait on the line for almost 9 minutes. The call drops. I call back again. The takealot lady was on lunch. So I was waiting while she went on lunch. The second call gets me no where. My good are still not delivered. This company is almost as bad as the SA post service. I would give them no starts if I could.
