Helpful delivery staff of Time Freight

I had a very bad experience with Game online, where my order went missing, and no way that I could tract the missing item. On Saturday afternoon though, (without them warning me that they are to deliver my fridge), Time Freight called to say that they are about to deliver a fridge at my parents home. When I got to the flat, the three staff members have already helped to unpack the old fridge, carried it outside, unpacked the new fridge, positioned it where it should be and switched it on - without us asking them for the favor! How helpful! I did not asked their names, but hope their boss will convey my thanks. (Delivery in Moreletapark, Pretoria, on Saturday afternoon just after 2)
