Great Service From Time Freight!

I want to thank and commend Tercia Snyman and Freddy from the JHB depot for their superb service, care and speedy resolution to my query. This was in regards to my Makro online order that was delayed.

From my first call and then later direct communication with Freddy I felt that my query was being handled with urgency and the feedback was of very high standard. As frustrated as I was at that point for not getting any resolution from Makro online and having had to contact Tercia direct, I was suitably impressed that she was professional and caring with me throughout.

Freddy must be a joy to work with. He stayed friendly and professional and kept me apprised telephonically up until such time as my order was delivered. Above all, he went above and beyond to personally ensure I receive my order by accompanying the driver. This was after hours. Not at any stage did I feel he was frustrated with having to deliver so late. Even the driver was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Big ups to him as well.

If at all possible I would vote for Freddy to receive a care award from your company as he is a true asset to your organisation. Very few times do controllers, drivers and their colleagues get complimented for work done. I am taking this opportunity to do so.
