Going above and beyond

There was a problem with the package that contained a high school teams basketball jerseys. Once I got put in touch with Gerhard and explained the predicament to him I was reassured that they would do everything in their power to get the jerseys to me before my teams game, which was less than 24 hours away. I received the jerseys exacly when he promised and my basketball team were over the moon.
