Fed up with Time freight

Time Freight is by far the worst courier to deal with, we are constantly struggling with them to collect parcels when we make bookings, and creating an online booking is even more useless. We have Abnormal Permits that has to be delivered the next day otherwise the trucks stands for a whole day, when we make bookings they give us reference numbers but yet they never go and collect and phoning Time Freight is an endless battle you are put on hold (if you are lucky that someone answers) for more than an hour, otherwise you can one and phone and phone until you are blue in the face.

Time Freight has now Customer Satisfaction nor do they care about any of the parcels but when you make the booking and they don't collect they STILL charge you and then the charge again for the second time when they have to collect.

Trying to speak to any manager is even worst, the managers just tell you to make another plan...... really............

So fed up with them..........but they phone quickly to ask for payment........ from now on I pay just like your services............ extremely poor and slow....see how you like that
