Extremely poor customer service

Extremely terrible customer service received from Time freight. D155620-8 was never delivered to me on time even though many calls were made to ensure them how important it was that I receive my package by 2019/02/08 friday. The package was sent from the joburg branch on Tuesday the 05th of February. After many phone calls to both the nelspruit branch and joburg branch and empty promises by operators like Talia I had to find out that my package is lost. Nelspruit depot tells me joburg never sent the package and joburg told me that the package was dispatched already and that nelspruit tahould have the package. Not only did the operators not phone me back after every “investigation” but my parcel was never delivered on time, in fact never delivered full stop. So after all the resources i spent to try and find my package at my own cost I don’t even know where it is. Extremely disappointed
