Extremely bad service

9/12/15 afternoon called jhb to request quote for courier JHB to EL <br> <br> I accept quote & requested collection, was told parcel will be fetched after 17:00 same day procedure for private residence. <br> <br> 10/12/15 07:25 call again to find out why parcel has not been collected & what time should expect driver to collect. was told that I logged the call late and that is why it wasn't collected,despite the assurance given previous day. <br> <br> 12:00 i call again, no response, 15:59 i call again , then refereed to someone at collections who said the driver will fetch at 17:00. given another number to call *** ,parcel is picked up @18:30<br> <br> 14/12/15 09:13 i call again & request invoice, paid via EFT & emailed payment confirmation to [Email Removed] as requested <br> <br> Delivery truck goes to the receiving address & driver demands cash payment to leave parcel behind. They refused point blank. Receiver asks to check if its the correct parcel, confirmed it there but damaged & not in its original packaging. They returned to depot with the goods that have been paid for IN FULL<br> <br> EL depot insists they have not received payment conf. I still don't have parcel. What do you call this treatment
