Extremely Bad service

I had a bad experience with time Freight. I bought Roboguard Beams from a place in Jhb and had it transported via TimeFreight to Port Elizabeth. When it arrived here it was evident that a Forklift or something alike drove over my package which left in scattered in pieces. I immediately informed the admin lady (Denise). I phoned them two to three times for the next 9 weeks (mostly no answer!) with no reply and finally spoke to Tracey at their PE depot just to hear that the case has been referred to Claire or Samantha at Pietermaritsburgh who apparently has decided that I will only be refunded just over R1,000. These beams cost me R5,000 and if I should buy them new it will cost R15,000. Will visit my attorney next week together with the Herald newspaper and if need be Sunday Times.
