Expensive Courier service

I had a bumper collection in vereeniging for a renault clio 3 had delivered to mitchells plain cape town and the courier company TIME FREIGHT delivered on Friday at a cost of R710 delivery for a plastic bumper that should weigh 4-5kg their weight on waybill read 38kg. I think they need to do calibration on their scales. Very upset as this is the last time I would use them for any collection. # daylight*******
