Disgusting Service

I sent through a collection request for a package to be collected In Port Elizabeth on Monday 05/04/2016. The company where it had to be collected informed me that the package was collected the very same day which was quite impressive. I called the next day just to confirm and was told that the package would arrive in 2 to 3 days( Thursday). By the following Monday, nothing arrived and I called their head office. I was told that there was no record of my package being collected and would be called back(Never happened). I called again and the Lady I spoke to called me back and told me my package was found in their Capetown depot and I could collect it. I paid for it to be delivered to my home and was offered no discount if I collected it myself.Another week has passed, and still no package has arrived. I called more than once and was told that it was on its way. This is extremely bad service from such a huge company and I would never again make use of their service , neither would I recommend anyone else to do so.
