Disgusting/ no customer service

<p>I booked a collection online, I put in the recievers physical address, and booked the collection they called me and said that i selected the wrong area and want to charge me stupid amount and want to point the finger that its my fault becasue the wrong tap was selected...... but i filled in the complete address.</p> <p> </p> <p>Does the staff not read the addresses????? why should I pay for this? the agents on the line are always so rude ..... especially the females( full of attitude) and super unhelpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think we should just colse our account!</p>
