Deliver Package completely broken

<p>When they do finally deem it possible to deliver your package late, it is completely broken!! They basically completely damaged the washing machine that there are literally panels coming off!! Now they are telling me it might take 6-8 weeks to investigate etc. Completely unacceptable.</p>
