damaging other people's property and then not paying

Goodday on the 6 june 2017 one of timefreights drivers willem grobbler reversed into my car from the side were it was standing in the parking parked so i phoned the depo in modimolle and spoke to adele the manager there and told her what happend she said ok i just have to fill in papers and they will fix the car through their insurance well it has been from the 6th of june till today 26 aug 2017 and they haven't paid a sent everyday i have to phone them and ask them what is going on and everyday there is a new story then the papers has to be signed again then their insurance is waiting for them for a copy of papers and i have to sit and wait for them with no answers the claim number is 115228 at paladin insurance and i spoke to iris who is waiting now for timefreight to pay there excess and it has been two weeks now again and the same story again they are waiting for papers to be signed because the driver has to pay for the damages and he doesn't want to pay it is not my problem what they are arraging with their driver i am the person that has to sit with a damaged car and they are just going back and fourth and nothing is happening yesterday 25 aug 2017 i spoke to tharien and the same story again their waiting for the papers to be signed and she should have phoned me back yesterday and i am still waiting.
