Damaged property

So few days ago delivery of an item to be collected from Cape Town and delivered to me. Part of the request was that the account be for the received (no mention of Cash on Delivery btw) and that a quotation be issed BEFORE the item is collected.<br> <br> 15 minutes ago the van pitches up and demands (thats the attitude we got) that we pay the cash on delivery and take the item. Item is in good condition. I was out at the time so had to rush back and to the ATM in pouring rain to draw the cash to get my item. Delivery guy gave my wife a lot of attitude for having to wait the 10 minutes.<br> <br> In the process of entering and exiting the house they damaged the roof above the gate. Didn't say a word despite the fact that I saw the guy standing there looking up (I didn't know it was damaged until I went outside to clear all the broken branches they had knocked down - they had left already).<br> <br> Tried calling their help line. No answer. I have the relevent information available and would appreciate a call about this to resolve.
