Damage to my Bmw F650GS Motorcycle

During December 2014, Time Freight transported my BMW motorcycle from Pretoria to PE. I received my bike in a horrible condition. Damage was estimated at +/- R15 000.00. I have before and after photos of the bike which clearly show the damages. Time Freight refuses to take any responsibility for damages caused by them. The persons I spoke to had bad attitudes towards me and no one seems capable of solving my problem. This is pathetic and totally unacceptable service from a well known company like Time Freight. Who must be held responssble for these damages? Definately not me as I did not cause the damages. They advertise all over that they transport any parcels and of their good service which is blatant lie!!!!! Do not trust them with valuble items as they take no responsibility for any loss or damage. I am now seeking legal advice on this matter.. just to mention.... they took 2 weeks to collect my bike and when they eventually got to the premises, the driver had a disgusting attitude towards the owner and refused to lift a finger to help load the bike.<br>
