damage surfboard

Time freight head office phone me regarding my claim, but with a big argument , they are refusing to pay for my damage surfboard, due to conditions and terms what the sender signed, I am very disappointed due that they excepted the surfboard, with double bubble and cardboard wrapped with all fragile notice sticker, and the damaged my custom surfboard. I think I was treated unfair and would like you to take it up further for me please, the 2 surfboard value was R8000, I would like to have signed proof of this terms and condition regarding surfboards
