Customer does not feature here

<p>Receiving and "estimated amount", and nothing else. Once delivery day arrives I am informed of the difference. Now suddenly I have to ensure more funds are available with the person receiving my parcel. Then had to deal with a snotty manager / owner / supervisor at the Johannesburg branch who raises his voice as a form of communication.</p> <p> </p> <p>Never will I use this company again, many more professional companies out there such as The Courier guy and Postnet. No client wants to bashed verbally in order to get their parcel. No appology on their behalf, just blame the client for not knowing that he had to call to obtain the "correct invoice", seeing that the one sent is not correct. Just send the correct invoice in the beginning, no problem then. But here I sit, waiting for a part to arrive, wasting time.</p>
