Delivered poorly wrapped parcel with torn bubble wrap- loosing half of the spares in my parcel, telling us it's not their problem/fault ; yet the delivery guy picked up some of my spares in the back of his truc**** Delivery guy has no card machine but also no change so now we have to as a company go withdraw money and then run around to get change. Ask a driver to sign a letter to say that he witnessed that some of the parts is missing and get told he refuse to and we must send our (R10 000) parcel back so the company whom send it can fix it, why would they fix something at this cost if it's not their fault. Delivery guy also lit a cigarette in my office!!!!! ****ty company
