Complete lack of feedback

I did an on-line collect and deliver request on 17 Dec. Made the payment and informed Lindy. Her last e-mail to me said \Sorted". This was on Friday morning the 18th around 10AM.<br> Your online tracking says \""Out on delivery\"" since the 18th. <br> <br> Please note I'm out the country and are trying to get important documents to a friend so it can be passed on to me later. I therefore cannot call anyone. I have been trying to get feedback from various e-mail addresses since the 21st: custdbn1@"
