Claim has taken 4Months 6 days still no sorted and was told it takes 6 weeks.

<p>On the 1st March 2016 I received a maaill from Time Freight to say my parcel had been damaged and that I need to ubmit my claim. I followed their instructions filled out the relevant form and asked how long this would take. I was told the claim can take up to 8 weeks to be finalised though the forms were only submited by the 8th March it has now been 4 months and 6 days and nothing has happened i keep ggetting told it is still being investigated I then got told they had the final paper work and it would be sorted I wasnow told it is being investigated again. 8 weeks is a far cry away from 17 weeks and all I want is my insurance claim to be paid out and sorted. G521624 was the reference used and I have been dealing with Hanrie who has been less than helpful and just give short off one line answers. Please can someone with some kind of customer service s****s help sort this out. </p>
