Claim

I used Time Freight to courier an item from Gauteng to Cape Town on the 14.05.2019. I received the item in a bad condition and made contact with individuals representing the company about my issue however to date my claim is I assume not being attend too. It's the 04.07.19 with no status update on my claim however when you pay its immediate but Visa versa situation you wait until they one day decide. I was told the claim is with some executive to sign off but as it stands none forthcoming. Pathetic Service never will I make use of this organization again.
