Can't deal!!!!

I called Time freight for a collection reference *** to Durban then called to change address. This morning I called enquiring about my collection only to find the agent I spoke to to change address just down right cancelled my reference, so I haven't received my merchandise today. This morning I made another call to collect, ***, its midday and now I am checking if pick up has occurred and nobody wants to pick up the phone because now I am anxious as to the mistake that was done yesterday. Now all of a sudden high call volumes and receptionist who picks up can't help me with anything. How frustrating! I mean really! I am so peeved right now.
