Call Centre bad communication

After 15 minutes on the phone with call Centre I was told that my package will be delivered at 2pm. Waited for over 2 hours and no package was delivered then had to call them and wait another 10 minutes to be told my package will be delivered next day. Very bad communication. Bad service.
