I don't expect good service from anyone anymore never mind GREAT service. What joy and pleasant surprise it was when I had Cindy-Lee Gibson assisted me with a booking! She went out of her way to make me feel at ease and to make sure that all the dots are connected to get my parcels to where they had to go. She kept me up to date with everything all the time and collection, delivery and payment went smooth. Her kindness, patience and positivity was refreshing and management should know that Time Freight has a tremendous asset in Cindy. The reason her superior service was even more evident and exceptional became clear when I had to do another booking with another person the next day and that booking was fraught with problems and anxiety.
