Bad Service/ no service (Africa time)

On the 14th of May I sent documents from Vryburg to Keetmanshoop Namibia. On request they told me that the delivery time would be R460 and it will be delivered within 5 working days. The next day they phoned me to go and pay another R150, because of the fact that the package will go to Namibia. This itself is a huge problem, because of the delay and that for me is total incompetence. As if this was not enough they phoned me yet again to tell me that another R58 was needed for the cross border VAT. All of the payments was done on the same day. According to my calculations this package was supposed to be delivered on the 21st. I left the people alone till the 26th of May after I phoned them on the 21st. If this is how business is conducted at time freight I will definitely not be doing business with you again. This is unacceptable and I really do feel that I shouldn't be paying for this kind of mal management of my package.<br> <br> Looking forward to your reply<br> Regards
