Bad Service and Overcharged!!!!

<p>I had a terrible experience with Time Freight, Jhb Depot. First of all I could not get hold of them, waited minutes on end but no answer. So I used their online quoting system where I inserted the correct diameters calculation to 1ton in measurements and the quote advised it would cost R599 to courier furniture from JHB to Ramsgate KZN. I booked the collection on Saturday, 3 December and when I followed up on Monday they didn’t even have it up as a collection. Then when the driver finally arrived on Monday evening @ 18:20, they couldn’t load the furniture as there was no space in their vehicle, so they said they would come on Tuesday. I followed up the next morning only to find out that they hadn’t put my furniture on the list to collect. Last night another driver with a very bad attitude arrived and once again didn’t want to load the furniture because there was no space. After lots of debate they loaded the furniture. I received a bill this this morning of over R6000 for the courier services, stating that my dimensions calculated to 1 ton and that is why they charged me so much! But how is it possible that on the quote it only cost R599?!!! I cant get hold of anyone to complain and now my delivery is running late!!!</p> <p> </p>
