Bad service and empty promises from East london timefreight and Isando Johannesburg time freight

Good day. I ordered a rim for a 2000 yamaha r1 from East London and was told that I will be receiving it on the 28th of November 2018. My current tire on my bike is finished so I specifically asked them to deliver the tire by the 28th because I'm using my bike on a daily basis to work and back.

My Rim was sent out on Monday the 26 th of November 2018 from East London and was suppose to arrive in Isando,Johannesburg on the 27th of November 2018 and then to Middelburg Mpumalanga on the 28 th of November to be received by me. This is the second time in two weeks that the timefreight courier is late with my package at the depot and that is why it hasn't been checked out

I feel really disappointed with their empty promises and would really like them to step up and be more responsible

East London and Isando time freight depots both sent out the packages late and it is unacceptable
