BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

Hi I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered ever freakin day i have to call Cyril on *** to follow up and he cant seem to find my parcel (H968996/N***). This guy got an attitude on him! Proof of payment is sent from supplier (Global Parts Online) and from myself and still no parcel after 1 week. Ridiculous SERVICE.
