BAD SERVICE

I ordered two headboards from a company in Montagu. These were supposed to be delivered on Monday 15 June. I was not at home when Time Freight wanted to deliver AND the message to me was that I owe R698.40 for the delivery. I confirmed with the manufacturer that the said amount has been paid and he confirmed that the delivery costs had in fact been paid. The parcel arrived today (17 June) and one of the headboards has been damaged even though it has been properly wrapped. I ordered these for a client and I am extremely upset as I now have to do repairs for which I will not be compensated. I wish courier companies would treat something that someone else PAID for, with respect.
