Awaiting one week for parcel that was supposed to be over night

My Time freight reference number is C576107-7. Collection date was the 27-12-2017 and today is the 3rd of January. Its been already one week that I am awaiting my parcel. It contains my vehicle License. I am currently driving on an expired license as I am waiting for the delivery of the new one. Who will be paying my vehicle fines if I get pulled off??? I phoned to enquire this morning and I am still waiting for response from your staff. This is the worse courier service I received. I would appreciate it if this gets sorted today still as its already been too long
