Cape Town Time Freight office called me on 24/11/2015 to get more details about the T.V that they didn't deliver. I was assured that this matter would be looked into and that they would interview their drivers to establish the whereabouts of the TV. The caller also said that they normally payout a maximum of R3000 for lost goods.

On 26/11, Vinodh Hiralall e-mailed me to say that they were in the process of finalising the claim (Raschid had sent me forms to complete) as per their Standard Trading Conditions, apologised for the inconvenience caused and assured me of their best attention.

On 2/12, I requested an update on progress made. On the same day, a woman using this number: ***, informed me that they would be paying out a R3000 refund for the T.V set. I couldn't believe it! There was no update on the outcome of their investigation/ interviews. Distraught, I then called Vinodh, who promised to investigate and resolve this matter speedily and get back to me first thing the following morning. I then sent a message to ALIDA at LG, to say that this was their problem too.

It is exactly 3 weeks now since the date on which Time Freight was supposed to deliver my T.V.
