Anything but EXPRESS

I paid for an item to be transported from George and to be delivered in Port Elizabeth. I was told in George that the item would be delivered the following day. When enquiring about the failure to deliver, I was given the run around about depots being in Uitenhage and that the delivery could only happen after the weekend. This has now both inconvenienced me and also come at an additional expense. I would be reluctant to ever use this company again and would also advise anyone against using them, as they fail to deliver on their end of their sales pitch.
