Additional items on Statement

I have been with Time Freight for 4 months and every single statement I get has other people waybills on. I then have to submit an email asking for corrections that only come through on the next statement. Which in turn has a whole lot of new incorrect postings.<br> <br> Very annoying.<br> <br> For such a large company surely you can get this right.
