Absolutely the worst experience ever with a courier!

<p>Goods couriered from PE to me in McGregor. I paid for the full trip! Tracking number given. I saw from tracking the parcel was still in Cape Town after the second day. Phone Time Freight CT. No answer after initial pick up. Hold on fro 30 minutes and every now and then a lady says do you wish to hold on!!</p> <p>Finally got Time Freight on Facebook. Oh they say. "your parcel is in Robertson" I said please deliver it to McGregor. NO. That will cost extra money. I borrowed a vehicle to collect the package in Robertson. An extra 40 kilometers. It was a LARGE package needing a bakkie or station wagon etc.</p> <p>My complaint is that I contracted and paid for the package to be delivered to McGregor.</p> <p>They did not bother to tell me the package was in Robertson and had I not spent and hour and many phone calls trying to find it, it would still be sitting in Robertson.</p> <p>I deal with many efficient and well organised couriers and have never had a problem. They all deliver to McGregor.</p> <p>When I complained to Time Freight they did not have the courtesy to respond.</p> <p>Maybe that is an indication of the type of business they run!</p>
