Absolutely pathetic courier!!!

<p>I have had endless drama with this courier, I have a query which no one wants to attend too. I have spoken to almost every one at the Dbn branch and ive gotten no joy in holding on for 7-10 minutes at a time, I have also been cut off numerous times.</p> <p>Untill now nobody wants to explain to me how they have billed me incorrectly neither do they want to pass us a credit.</p> <p>Im totally disappointed with the terrible service and I dont think people should use this courier.</p> <p> </p>
