Absolutely no service delivery

I am absolutely traumatized from my experience using this company. A parcel which was meant to be sent to me in Johannesburg, somehow landed up in rustenburg?! After I contacted the company to notify them of this error and request an urgent reroute, they promised me that my parcel would arrive the next day. 3 days later and my parcel is still lying on the depot floor. I am at my absolute wits end! I understand that mistakes happen, but this company does nothing to rectify and are just putting me in more and more inconvenience. This is truly the worst experience I have ever had with any courier company. I’ve received parcels from The US faster!
