ABSOLUTE PATHETIC SERVICS

Hi<br> <br> I have had numerous encounters with Time freight, they do not deliver on time to our customers neither does anyone call us to notify us that the customer will receive their goods late or not at all.<br> its been 5 days and my customer hasn't received their goods in Cape town!<br> how does one do business??<br> <br> We promise our customers good service but our courier companies let us down big time. its almost the Christmas period and customers need their goods urgently, the decent thing to do is notify the customer ( which is me) so I can notify my customer.<br> <br> Another issue that i have is holding on the line , we literally hold on for more than 15minutes only to get cut off eventually.I am really astonished with this kind of service. They have no sense of urgency to respond to their client.<br> I think they should catch a wake up because many of their clients will move on to better transporters that appreciates business.<br> <br> Regards <br> Timikka
