Absolute abysmal and ********** service from the WORST courier company in South Africa!

I've yet to receive an order placed through Takealot many weeks ago. The scheduled delivery date has since lapsed and my order has mysteriously vanished. This is detestable and can only be described as overt *****! When attempting to call Time Freight and trace my order my call is either ignored or there is no urgent action, which leads me to believe that Time Freight staff are complicit in pervasive (country-wide) theft! Legal recourse is now my only option and I will ensure that Time Freight's contemptible service is exposed on a more ubiquitous platform! Time Freight should be re-branded to 'Time *****' for their actions.
