6 days from Port Alfred to Sandton at R490

Hi <br> I had a parcel shipped from Port Alfred to sandton <br> Small less than a kilo <br> Cost R490 rand <br> Could not trace on tracking spoke to various people<br> Manager at PE rude<br> Mr Clarke at JHB said its a 72 hour service ??<br> Then there head office got same attitude .they don't even know there own slas re delivery times <br> It changed over three conversations <br> The poor service levels rudeness etc definitely eminate from the top down <br> needless to say that I was not in the office when parcel was delicered and managed to intercept the courier after two missed calls <br> Pick and pay does this in 24 hours at R99<br> <br> Barry Ros
