2 weeks later and collection still not done

original collection request was the 28/09/2015<br> <br> today is the 12/10/2015 and still the item has not been collected and delivered to my customer. <br> <br> all emails and proof of communication are on hand. my customer thinks i am de*****ing him and has opened a case of theft against me.<br> <br> branch responsible : middelburg<br> <br> absolutely ridiculous. i absolutely demand some kind of feedback !
