Keep Away!!! Poor intallation and no aftersale service

We have had a Time Control system on our premises for decade so when it was time to upgrade we went with Time Control once again as their quote was competitive.

They did the absolute minimum work to install the facial recognition access control system and we very quick to ask for their money.

We haven't been able to get facial recognition anywhere near the advertised times so staff are queueing up to to try and clock in, some readers don't recognise faces properly and the software hasn't been installed on the machines that require it.

For months we have been trying to get Time Control to correct these issue but are not getting any response from them.

We will not be using Time Control again and suggest others don't use them either.
