Bad service

We ordered a few orders from time clothing, the first **** about orders being despatched after we have paid them and so the order was late and my client was very unhappy, when i recieved the order, the colouring was all wrong, it was not what i approved. I needed my order that they messed up on the 16/06/2015, i informed the manager about this. Today is the 22/06/2015 the client wants their money back, and i have already paid Time Clothing for this order. Now I cant get Justin ( Manager ) to phone me back, after i have left about a million messeges and i have also send e-mails.
