Terrible after sales service

I bought a watch at Time Canal Wslk on the 26/12/2020 and it stopped working in March I took it back on the 24 March 2021 and until today I have not received it back Every time I phone they say they are waiting for spares Are they not supposed to replace such an expensive watch if it stops working after 3 months I want my watch back and in working order they rake so long do that sp the guarantee can expire before you can have another problem
