Arrogant and Rude Service

The outlet store is situated at The Marc in Sandton. They manufacture good furniture but the owner is a nightmare to deal with. He comes across as very rude and arrogant. He tends to change the agreement from time to time and tries to make it look like you are the cause of it. After requesting a refund, he accused me of *********ing him. He promised that the table will be ready in 2 weeks but he took almost 6 weeks to deliver. He doesn't have the courtesy of giving you updates through the manufacturing process.
