Shocking service

Ordered a fan from timber fans a couple of months ago, and it was sent on delivery to me 2 weeks ago. But it still hasn't arrived. While I think this is due to the courier service it has been impossible to get timber fans to respond to us or to make their own enquiries as to where the fan has got to. At this stage its not clear who is de*****ing us, but I would certainly not recommend timber fans to anyone who thinks a R6000 fan should come with some customer service.
