Good product, but refuses to replace damaged switch
We purchased two fans for >R6000. The build quality of the fans is quite good, but the assembly and delivery time was slow and one of the switches had stripped threads. Because the owner, Brad McNamara, refused to supply a replacement switch, we had to glue the switch to the mounting plate, due to the stripped threads. These are not cheap fans, but the service surrounding them, is what one might expect from a pawn shop. Brad tried to tell me that we must have stripped the threads on our end. The switch was loose, so of course I tried. I tightened the locknut less than a 1/2 turn and it skipped over the threads. For a premium product like these, the service should match. The multiposition switches should also be of better quality, with metal, threaded shafts, rather than plastic. Brad has only owned the business for 2 years. We purchased a fan many years ago from the previous owner and the service was much better.
