I bought boards for build in cupboards. Thapelo Mashiyane assisted to create a cutting list according to the spec given to him and we checked it and signed it off. 3 days later i receive the delivery of the boards cut and edged, while assembling the cupboards my we reliaze that one drawer and 2 sides panels are missing, i then went back to the shop spoke to thapelo checked the cutting list once again, the missing pieces are on the list but i dont have them, so he then spoke to the cutting room supervisor (Hanes) he then escalated to the shop manager (Marco Van Der Burg) I thin****! then Marco took down my details and promised to call me he needs to investigate , i was there at 8;30 .....................no update.......................................no update.......i then called hannes "marco will call you" hangs up........................no phone call shop closed..17;00

next day 8;00......no update......09;05 i call marco ....."still busy investigating, please give me sometime, i will call you" cool. ...........9;35 simphiwe calls "according to the machine the boards where cut, please come see marco".

I get to the shop 11;55 all the way from Vosloorus ....>>>>35,9 km. only to be told that the "machines" says the boards where cut but does the machine operate by itself?????????? i asked, the lack of interest that Marco showed, and ****** telling me that "according to the machine the boards where cut". asking me" what must i do?" .................ohhhhh by the way the delivery guys don't check according to the cutting list if all the pieces are delivered. I even told him that he can send one of his guys to come check all the boards that where delivered for transparency but he said its cool, there was no need.

I think this could have been handled differently and fast than 1 day and half, the way deliveries are checked is bad and when we encounter such problems we get told "the machines says the boards where cut", my guy the ****** machine is operated by people and mistakes do happen, and i have to argue over boards and spend petrol, more money on delivery.

Fellow customers, that buy at timber city springs in future check all your pieces according to he cutting list that they use to cut you boards with, when they deliver or when you pick up your material. or else you will also be told "according to the machine the boards where cut, what must i do?"
